The following products are exempt from duty provided in May in Cuba by persons aged 18 years:
200 cigarettes or 50 cigars or 250 grams of tobacco, tobacco, three bottles of alcohol, gifts with a value of U.S. $ 50 (U.S. $ 200 article is subject to the payment of customs duties), seized 10 kg drugs.
The customs authorities in May to strict rules apply to the import or temporary export of items such as firearms, religious materials, antiquities, medications, office equipment and other items. It is advisable to contact the embassy of your destination country in Washington or one of the countries at the consulates in the United States for specific information regarding customs requirements.

ReplyDeleteAny route that bypasses the United States to travel to Cuba from the United States are mostly illegal.
ReplyDeleteThe preferred routes are everywhere in Canada (Montreal or Toronto) or via Central America and Caribbean (Mexico, Santo Domingo).
